Martin Broadhurst
I’m Martin Broadhurst, and it’s an honor to serve as the President of this esteemed institution. My journey in the aerospace industry has been one of dedication, growth, and discovery. I hold a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge, which I completed in 1975, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the aviation and aerospace sectors in various capacities.
Over the years, I’ve held leadership roles that have shaped my perspective on the industry. As the former Chief Executive Officer of Marshall Aerospace, I gained invaluable experience overseeing operations that spanned both civil and defense sectors. I’ve also served as a Non-Executive Director with AJW Group and Nova Systems, broadening my understanding of global aerospace innovations and challenges.
As President of the Royal Aeronautical Society, my mission is to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in aerospace. This organization has a rich legacy, and I am committed to ensuring that we continue to inspire and support the next generation of aviation professionals.
